Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-10-14
1. Unofficial app
Formation Lap is an independently developed, unofficial app. It is not affiliated with, authorised or endorsed by the Formula 1 companies, the FIA or any team. F1, FORMULA ONE, FORMULA 1, FIA FORMULA ONE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP, GRAND PRIX and related marks are trade marks of Formula One Licensing B.V. Other names and marks belong to their owners and are used for identification only.
2. Data and accuracy
Race data comes from independent third-party data providers and may be delayed, provisional or later corrected. For anything time- or accuracy-critical, refer to the organiser's official channels. Demo data is clearly labelled.
3. Spoiler protection
Spoiler protection is best-effort: we mask results inside the App and its widgets, but cannot control information on third-party sites, social media or other apps.
4. Licence and restrictions
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not reverse engineer it, circumvent its protections, or redistribute its data commercially.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the App.
6. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. Contact: jzhone@gmail.com.
